Pour cancelled

Unfortunately, Tom found out that their concrete supplier, a big local company, was shut down by Ministry of Labour late last night and we weren't able to get a substitute company in this morning.  We've had to delay the concrete pour, and Tom and countless other crews around the city will be sitting twiddling their thumbs... too bad.
